Le's Chinese -b-que - Des Moines

Order BBQ pork with rice and duck soup. Both were amazing. Pork was juicy with beautiful crisp edges.

We are frequent customers and Le's is just the best! We lived in the USA and ate some very good Chinese BBQ during our stays, but Le's is constantly the best. Recommend the BBQ duck, Char Siu pig, roast pork flours with rice / veggie, and the house lo mine. It is the only place in the DSM Metro that we will order lo mine. The noodle soups are also delicious, but cannot talk to anything else. The above are all so good that the meal is what we always order.

Excellent food, the best cha siu and roasted duck in Des Moines. Also the best Chinese food in Des Moines, in my opinion. The place is only done. I recommend submitting your order in time. Parking is also difficult to navigate. Everything in everything, highly recommended!

We visit Le is once a week because it is very rare to find such an authentic Chinese Rotisserie restaurant in the middle west. Their roasts are very authentic. The sauces are also delicious. You also have some hidden items on the menu that you need to check availability with the owner. These duck wings are amazing.

Great spot for Chinese BBQ! We had 1 order of BBQ pork and 1 order of tender pork. The regular BBQ pork is what I've seen called crispy skin pork at other places and the tender pork called char siu. Both were perfectly tender and very flavorful (I prefer the char siu.. because crispy pork skin. The veggies on the rice were still nice and crisp cooked in a light sauce. The eggrolls were also very good and freshly fried giving the right balance of crispy and chewy.
