Breakfast at La Mie was delightful. I ordered the smoked salmon omelet, which came with a side of fruit, while my partner had the turkey club. The smoked salmon omelet was incredible, especially when paired with the toast—it was truly delicious. My partner enjoyed the turkey club as well, calling it great. Just delicious. Sandwiches and salads, but 'Fancier'. Love the options for Din-in and Grab-n-go.
An amazing place to eat, vegan options and plenty non vegan options also. If you have not been up there, go to the Ruan building and take the elevator to the first floor, you are right in front of the rear entrance. The staff are very friendly and fast, you never have to wait long. Go support a local business that has made it through covid and help them get back to normal, while eating some amazing food.
Great place to pick up something quick and there are healthy options. My favorite dishes are the veggie scramble, Cajun tuna sandwich, salmon Cesar salad and the gyro pizza. I honestly haven't had anything I've disliked. The desserts are divine too try the macaroons!!!
Amazing gem tucked up next to the skywalk on the second floor. Everything here is the highest quality and the staff is wonderful. One of the best eats in Des Moines.
Flat bread has replaced the pizza. I'm not the greatest fan, but their salads and sandwiches remain supreme!
