I had the best crab Rangoon I've ever had here yesterday. Plus the owner, a sweet single Dad made 2 homemade cake $3 per slice I got both and they were amazing ...it seems to be a chef coop and many different styles come in and cook as does the owner... his menu looks amazing! We got a sheet of cheese school pizza. 20 pcs. There was 6 of us and I even made a salad to go with it. I figured we would have leftovers. Nope. 6 people, 20 pieces of pizza, and it was inhaled! No leftovers aside from a few pieces of lettuce from the salad. Was it good? yes.. delicious! Will we order it again? Absolutely.
We attended a cooking class from The Eggroll Lady. We learned to make chicken Teriyaki from scratch kind of. She used mostly prepared sauces as bases (Oyster/Hoisin). I did learn the proper way to handle lemon grass. The finished product was ok. There was quite a bit of oil and salt in her cooking . I wish her well with all of the different hats she wears. Wow she is a very impressive person with a ridiculous amount of ambition and energy! The class was purely instructional vs hands on. It was my bad for not researching the class a little better. Thank you for offering the class.
