First Base Lounge - Des Moines

I give this restaurant 5 stars just for the hot sausage sandwich. The service was excellent and I must give compliments to the chef for the small touch of hot marinara on the side and the crispy focaccia.

The following day, I wasn't as busy as I was on Tuesday, but I found myself back at Jack Vinnie's for lunch on Wednesday.

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 pm for breakfast, which I would consider more of a brunch. Fortunately, there weren't many people there, and the server was very attentive.
