Seared Sea Scallops: 5 scallop medallions served with lobster mashed potatoes, asparagus, topped with beurre blanc sauce. With so many incredible steaks to choose from, I recommend The New York Strip Au Poive (translation: with pepper), a 14oz or 10oz peppercorn encrusted New York strip served with haricot verts (pron. hair-ee-co vare/green beans), and dauphinoise potatoes.
