It appears that, based on the reviews, I should have chosen a different restaurant. I've been waiting over an hour for our delivery, even though we were initially told it would take 20-30 minutes. When we called to check on our order, we were informed that the driver was on his way. Now, an hour and a half later, we still haven't received anything. I do not recommend ordering from here. I ordered my food at 1730 a.m., at 7 p.m. I called to ensure that you had received my online order, I did not receive it 845PM. so 3 hours wait to finally get my order. the food was ok, but the portion sizes were very disappointing. because I have to wait 3 hours for my food, unfortunately I will not order from Cheng's Garden again. I advise you next time that you are waiting for a customer an exorbitant time at least inform them about the waiting period so that they can choose to order there if they wanted.
The two stars are due to the customer service which I have no complaints at all. She greeted me and was very helpful. The food however for human beef was the worst I ever had. I'm not sure if I even had 1/4th of it. The beef was very rubbery and no flavor. The vegetables were very watery and no flavor. The egg drop soup was okay. Not amazing but not the worst egg drop soup I've had.
This place was horrible my friends and I got it thinking it would be good. They served me chemical tasting Chicken Fried Rice. Both of my friends who ate the food have been throwing up all day. They cannot even make decent Chicken Fried Rice and it was way too expensive for what we got.
Horrible horrible horrible! Oh yeah horrible! Food horrible. Customer service horrible. No carry out or dine in only delivery. Yeah so your gross food can sit there while your one delivery driver delivers and takes an hour...no thank you.
I asked for if they had something on their menu and the lady got mad and hung up on me has no customer experience I don't think because the lady was really rude and
