Everyone at thi... read more My significant other and I work out of town frequently. We order a lot af pizza. The Meat Galore pizza that Ben made for us was by far the best! Everyone at this Casey's location has been great, but I want to thank and recognize Ben in particular. Hiscustomer service skills are outstanding, and his pizza making skills are out of this world!

If you have... read more This Casey?s location puts Casey?s to shame. The staff acts bothered by customers, never smile and hardly acknowledge you when you are checking out. If you have a question about anything, they act even more bothered and answer with an attitude. I?ve goneto this location for years because it?s close to my work and never had a good experience. The employees will have inappropriateconversations while helping customers that make the checking out process last longer. They get their shipment in the mornings soif you try to go on that morning before work there will be no where to park because it?s the busiest time of the day and not tomention all the employees are helping unload the truck so they are annoyed they have to help customers as well. Not a good wayto start the morning.

I felt like I wasted my money.

When I arrived to pick it up, my wife was told it would be an addi... read more I ordered a pizza online at 6:30 and was informed it would take about an hour and 10 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up, my wife was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. We went to the car and started waiting. After asking for an update, I discovered that the pizza hadn’t even been started yet. They didn’t offer any discount, and at 8:15, we still had no food. I was told the wait would be significantly longer than 15 minutes, so I decided to cancel the order rather than wait another 45 minutes in the parking lot. The service was terrible, and I won’t be going back. I called another Casey’s location, and they offered a free pizza, but the wait would still be long. They mentioned that they frequently receive complaints about this location.
