Got a sloppy mix of... read more 30+ min wait in a 4 car line. Ordered a turkey Swiss, no tomato. Wrap was falling apart and full of tomatoes plus bacon and the wrong sauce. Got a sloppy mix of half crinkle cut fries and half curly. Out of time and hangry as the meal was barely palatable.

No customers in the lobby or drive thru. I thought I could just pick it up through the drive thru. They told me to pick up inside. I went inside. Found one employee on her phone and nobody was so busy they couldn’t hand me the order through drive thru. Unbelievable.

There's always a long wait, and the employees often act like we're a nuisance for even placing an order. The next time I'm craving a sandwich, I definitely won't be stopping here. In fact, I'll gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a different location.

It's a limited-time item, so make sure to try it soon! On September 26, 2022, I tried the new rib sandwich. It was tasty, with flavorful meat, though it wasn't a very large sandwich. What I loved is that it uses real rib meat instead of a preformed patty, and it's also a limited-time special. Then, on September 16, 2022, I had the French dip sandwich with extra meat, and they really loaded it up! I could only finish half of it.
