The atmosphere, the nat... read more I was really pleasantly surprised because I wasn't planning on going to a game restaurant at first, but I ended up absolutely loving it. The atmosphere, the natural surroundings, and the new flavors—I can confirm that it's definitely worth the trip. The food is excellent for a very reasonable price. The service is superb. And I think it deserves more than 5 stars. Well done!

We have been three times, since restaurants opened again. Each time, the experience exceeds the previous one. At first, you judge a restaurant mainly by the food; in this case, original and excellent. After a few visits you start to notice other details; how the wines are displayed, how the main rooms have been dec orated and, of critical importance, what are the loos like? Under whatever category you choose, the answer is always excellent, or better than excellent. We know some great restaurants in Umbria; every one of them could learn something from Bracconiere. Although we live some distance away, we will continue to find reasons to detour to Deruta.
