Tried this restaurant on recommendation. Service from booking online no problem. Telephoned on day to confirm booking. Arrived to lovely set out and friendly staff. A table of 3 seated in a round booth private and well spaced. Service excellent and good menu choice to...suit. Best Champ tasted by sister in law and my battered fish was one of the best I have tasted, and I have tasted a FEW!!! Batter so light. Fish of the day roasted cod superb. Couldn’t fault the food and service. Would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and will be trying their other restaurants. Well Done Brown’s.

We always visit this restaurant whenever we're in the area because it’s one of the best around. This time, the food lived up to our expectations, but unfortunately, the service was not up to the usual standards.

It was a breath of fresh air to have a complete Vegetarian/Vegan menu available, with a wide variety of choices. The waitstaff took the time to confirm whether we were Vegetarian or Vegan, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful dining experience here. Everything was enjoyable, but the two different soups really stood out as a highlight. The staff was also very good.
