We ordered 2 Spanish Chicken with a portion of veg, cheese and bacon champ and garlics. The Chicken was so over seasoned I couldn 't finish it. The veg was poor, a few carrots and cabbage that were overcooked. Then what seemed like yesterday 's champ and in place of diced potatoes garlic was thrown over some chips that were far from fresh. Ordered online, food was excellent, massive portions and was ready on the point!
The food was amazing and the staff was extremely kind and welcoming.
I placed an order for delivery at this restaurant tonight at 4:50. I informed them I was in Shepherds Glen and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes with no food, I went down to ask about my order. I was told that the drivers had left and only mine was left, so I decided to pick it up myself. When I arrived, I had to wait while the staff seemed confused about my order, even though I had called ahead to collect it. When I finally got my food home, I realized it was cold and I had paid for delivery. This experience left me feeling very frustrated and hungry. The food itself was good when it was warm, but unfortunately, that was not often the case. I have had issues with missing items in my deliveries in the past as well. Overall, I would not recommend this place for delivery and suggest ordering over the phone and picking up your food instead. It seems like there are some communication and organization issues that need to be addressed by the management.
Do not even deserve 1 star! Online order placed and paid for. Went to collect and told system down but order not be processed?? Money taken out but not refunded....left details on site for them to organise refund....nothing!! Had to call in and demand refund....receipt with online order under counter not the only one) and got refund. So anyone who didn't call in personally for refund, FREE MONEY for them!!
