The salad came with dressings that my friend hadn't ordered, and due to a severe tree nut allergy, they couldn't eat it because we didn’t know what was in the dressing. When my friend tried to call the restaurant for help, no one answered, and I experienced the same issue. Given the numerous one-star reviews, this lack of service was not surprising; however, it was still disappointing to see such carelessness from the staff and the apparent lack of consequences for their repeated mistakes. Unfortunately, it seems like the management is at fault here since no action appears to have been taken to address these consistent failures.

It was so messy with way too much mayonaise placed on top of the sandwich. Will never order from this store again. Never received a receipt so the Contact Us is useless because it's needed, not worth calling them because they don't answer either.... I guess that's what you get for BOGO....

We went fo... read more Not sure what's going on...but place has made a huge change for the better! Usually I dont like subway but my kids do (and we had some good coupons). We went for lunch a few days ago and the place was spotless and staffed properly. All the vegetables were fresh and nothing was wilted or almost expired. Great lunch we'll be going back again. BTW got the Chipotle steak n cheese was ?
