Okay and safe location, the staff concentrated more on drive thru and curbside jobs than helping someone at the counter. Didn't give me a pager, he had to watch the pickup counter for commands that don't even call me. Maybe they were short 1-2 people, but it would run better, with a little more focus on the front of the house service. View all feedback.

I came in to pick up an order and was shocked by the people standing in the lobby after me and not one person greeted them. 10 minutes later, they are still waiting without a greeting! It was like the associates wouldn?t make eye contact going back andforth. This is not how customer service works folks! PS.. I waited about 25 minutes for my order. Panera was great in Derry, NH. They were very helpful and took time to help you register the Panera card directly in the store. When they weren't busy at the counter, they needed time to clean and not talk to friends. I'd go back.
Great place to have a good conversation with friends. Plenty of comfortable seating, wide selection of dishes, pleasant surroundings. The interior seats are open during the Kovid. Outdoor seating available. Be prepared to pay premiums.
Order tablet easily. Curbside Pickup and Wifi available. Interior and outdoor kitchen. Friendly service, although my order was wrong. They quickly corrected. Clean inside and outside. You can order online or phone. I had an egg
