The speed and consistency were excellent and it is a New England thing. Still, if I had had a little more time to sit, to go in and experience the meal, I would've chosen a family diner. Instead, I ate while I drove. Is this really the way we want to live?
This is probably the friendliest, most well run Dunks I've ever been to. Always a smile on their faces and so happy to help. I never thought I'd give a Dunks a good rating, or even bother to leave a review, but these guys are great. Maisha the manager isTHE BEST. Added a photo of my best bud enjoying a sandwich!
I apologize for not remembering the name of the young man who served me; he had purple hair. Unfortunately, his demeanor was quite rude, and he didn’t seem to pay attention to my requests. For instance, when I asked for a chocolate-covered donut, he insisted on offering me a Boston cream instead. I had to clarify my choice and point out the correct option. I truly hope this establishment can provide better training for its staff to ensure they treat customers with respect and courtesy. My family and I have been loyal customers of this Dunkin' Donuts since it opened, but this visit was disappointing because of the service. Thank you.
I've been a loyal customer here for over 12 years and often visit multiple times a day. The hot coffee in the morning is excellent, but unfortunately, the iced coffee has been really disappointing! They brew too much coffee in a single pot, making it almost muddy in texture, even after I add two creamers. I'm quite frustrated about wasting my money on poor coffee, especially in recent months. It would be wonderful if they could hire staff who take the time to do things correctly the first time, instead of giving rude looks when I ask for a replacement. Please, stop making the coffee so dark and follow the ingredient requests. It's just frustrating.
I believe this Dunkin' may be closing soon or at least cutting back on its hours. I visited last week on a weekday afternoon, and when I arrived, there were just two employees working. I was the only customer inside, and there was no one at the drive-thru either. Unfortunately, they completely ignored me. I waited for fifteen minutes before deciding to leave. It's puzzling why they were even open, and now I understand why there were no other customers.
