If I could, I would not forgive a star!!!! I and my wife wanted a voucher from Jochen Schweizer for an overnight stay incl. Make breakfast. The lady on the phone was already unrestrained at the beginning of the conversation and offered us additional costs in the form of a "energy package" of 15€.
