We were traveling in the area with a trailer attached to our truck when we arrived at the restaurant. Although they were closing the lobby, the kind manager, Thea, and employee, Zack, graciously let us eat inside. They were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to help us! We will definitely stop by during our future travels. Food: 5/5.
The restaurant was clean but there was no chicken to be had... a 20 minute wait to get chicken. The 2 large sides were tasty but they were saving on the mashed potatoes as it wasn 't even close to a large. There was 4 employees there but 2 customers as most left when told it will be a 20 minute wait .Food: 1/5
DO NOT GO HERE! I tried to go get some food with my family the other day before work. The 2 workers ,who were in the store, were terrible workers, terrible customer service representatives. They were very impacted as I tried to order food for my family. They rushed me the whole time and acted like I was bothering them. They're only job is to take orders and my food. If they can't do that then they shouldn't be working...I'm going to do everything that I can to get the deridder kfc shut down. This is unacceptable!
One of the managers, named Thea, had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in a managerial position. She was rude from the moment I visited the drive-thru, and her negative demeanor continued throughout my entire experience. On the other hand, the drive-thru cashier was incredibly kind and even apologized for her manager's behavior. I ended up tipping the cashier for her kindness, but I wouldn't even give half a star for the appalling service from that manager.
