At our last duty station, we found a small BBQ joint among many that was absolutely fantastic, and leaving it was an emotional experience. After relocating, we tried several BBQ places but nothing compared. Then we discovered Clark's, a roadside shack, and it felt like a sign. The BBQ here is exactly what we had been missing. It’s not just about the food—it's the experience of being in a new place surrounded by strangers who welcome you with warm smiles. Discovering that the BBQ is not just good, but done right with generous portions, was a much-needed reminder that one day, this new place will feel like home. Running a restaurant is so much more than just preparing meals, and you truly made a difference for us. Thank you for that!

However, Clark's Cookout stands out as the best BBQ I've had in a long time. I usually don't write reviews, but they truly deserve this one. I now know where I'll be getting my BBQ from!

But the three meats had so much juice in them, not dry at all. A must try! Staff very friendly. I have eaten there several times and turned so many of my friends on to this place.
