The service is simply the bottom! I called the restaurant to reserve a table. The administrator picked up the phone and said Well, the restaurant is working, but I 'm at home anyway. And she told me to dial another work phone number. okay.. we arrived at the place and it would be better not to go. The tables on the terrace are dirty, everything is dirty. They brought a pizza as if from everything that was left old in the refrigerator, similar to the sole. And next to the table, people were brought raw fish and asked to fry it. The waiters seem to be on the job for the first day and do not know the basic rules of service.
Overall the place is not bad and has very good potential. But the service is at zero level. A year ago it wasn't so bad, but now it's terrible. You have to wait at least an hour for breakfast, I am writing this review while waiting for breakfast for 1.5 hours already. I waited half an hour for the waiter, almost an hour for the order. The waitress shouted at us in response to our questions. There is no coffee the beans have run out. You are constantly waiting for an order in a restaurant, the excuse is this: we are only two waiters and there is force majeure in the kitchen. And so three days of force majeure. The restaurant administrator does not answer the phone. You have to constantly look for everyone. Upon arrival, the light in the bathroom did not work in the room, they reported twice, after that they responded. I wonder how the cleaning lady managed in the dark. I saw that people leave garbage near the rooms, it is not taken away, it lies in the heat. Terrible, very terrible. There are many people, and the staff is few people, it should not be like that. But prices are rising, the pool is already 500, for residents 250. I do not recommend this source of negativity. Rooms: The new houses are beautiful and modern. In the old houses and rooms, everything is already a little tired, the plumbing is leaking, everything needs renovation. But I do not recommend staying at this location.
We booked one room, but the administration during check-in gave us a room below, right next to the entrance to the territory, which is not pleasant because I chose the room based on the photo and did not get what I expected. Everything in the room is old and in need of repair. The TV does not work, it is not comfortable on the balcony as you are sitting almost on the neighbors' heads, there are no partitions, if you come with an animal, expect that it will be with your neighbors. Breakfasts and the restaurant in general, a very long wait, the waiters are like children who work in the summer, they walk behind you and don't notice, you have to follow them or shout. Breakfast dishes are not tasty and ingredients are very cheap, cheese is probably the cheapest available. Tables are not cleaned, crumbs and leftover food will be left in the morning and in the evening. The administrator to whom you have to go every day, like in the 90s, for some papers for breakfast and so on. There is no dryer for towels and robes here, the laundry room is one household washing machine, and towels and robes hang outside under your balcony, see photo. The towels themselves are already old and worn, they do not provide towels for the pool. Cleanliness both in the room and on the balcony and the entrance to the room. Look at the entrance door to the room, I show in the photo, as if they have never been wiped in their life, they will seal so that all the neighbors can hear them. There is a lot of dust under the bed. The parking lot is not designed for the number of vacationers. Cars are left on the grass somewhere in the bushes, it seems as if the area is closed, but if you go further behind the gazebos that are rented separately, there is a village with local residents, that is, someone can come to your car.
