Staff were clueless about the table reservations. People were already sitting at our table and the staff then had to move them on. Then weren't sure if the table should be sanitised before we sat down and asked us if we wanted it cleaned. Tried to charge my father's tab an extra £40 in drinks we didn't order as well and it took forever to take it off the bill. View all feedback.
The staff seemed disorganized when it came to table reservations. When we arrived, other guests were already seated at our table, and the staff had to ask them to leave. They also weren’t sure if the table needed to be sanitized before we sat down and asked us if we wanted it cleaned. Additionally, they mistakenly added an extra £40 for drinks to my father's bill that we hadn’t ordered, and it took a long time to resolve the issue and remove the charges.
