I've ordered pizzas from here a few times and they've been nice. However last 3 times they have not been so good. The pepperoni is always over cooked to the point where its burnt and chewy . So last night I left a polite message on the comments asking them to try not to burn the pepperoni and guess what. It was the worst its ever been. Black and crunchy and horrible. Ordered food on there website for collection, waited over an hour and on the website it still didn’t say it was ready to collect. I rang shalis to be told that my order had been ready for an hour they didn’t think to ring me on the phone number that I had provided when I ordered. They said it was a glitch with there system and that they would remake all the food. Having then gone and picked it up brought it home for none of it having being remade, everything was soggy, stone cold and the doner pizza I had was burnt. *AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY AT ALL COSTS*
My son has got food poisoning from this place. Be very careful eating food from here, especially the pizza' Yes, unfortunately it was the pizza. I would not maliciously put a bad review. That was all he'd eaten all day. Within hours he was very ill. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
