Mcdonalds - Derby

The food we ordered was freezing. The chips were stale like they'd been left out for a long time. Probably the worst McDonald's we've had.

Waited ages at drive through. When got home looked at food large fries was about 16 chips. Feel like been ripped off Will not go again

Well people say that fast food can give all sorts of disease. I am fine. I have eaten this for the last 3 months. I have not got cancer. Just Diabetes.

I was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful man who asked me what I would like to order. My sister and I both noted his professional and friendly manner as he confirmed my order. At the next window, he greeted me with the same friendly voice, even though he was wearing a face mask, you could tell he was smiling. He asked how I was doing in a genuine manner, not just as a formality. I asked for his name and mentioned how his friendliness had brightened our day after a challenging day. His name was Chris, and he said it made his day to know that he had a positive impact on people. Another worker greeted me warmly and had my food ready quickly. She was also prompt in getting me in touch with a manager when I expressed my desire to commend Chris for his excellent service. I was directed to provide feedback online, and I will definitely share this positive experience with my family and friends. Well done, McDonald's! 5 stars!
