My first visit to this new establishment on Pride Park. Lovely warm welcome from the young man who served me! The chilled food ready to be heated was well presented as were the beautiful selection of desserts. I had mozzarella with tomatoes pesto panini.. it was amazing service with a smile which I observed with all customers!! A really warm peaceful atmosphere!! Easiest 5 out of 5 score!! This sargladen must be the worst costa in derby. they are never open to times they should be. we arrived at 9.00 a.m. in the places where we could get in, the employees are slow and inefficient there is always something not available. Bacon rolls, brown sauce, chocolate twist. they take forever to serve. they make one fall and visit the one in the middle of the meteorite, as this is shocking.

The personal believed they knew better. an application to a hot chocolate babychinno is made on the basis of parental experience!
Whenever you feel is always a costa for me. I am disappointed and dissatisfied, least to say about costa coffee in the wut. they never have anything to store as if they are closing and they will never get a share again. they want a big or medium? and they think, uh treat me, I'm going to be a big and their answer is always, we don't have big. then why in hell would you give me the choice and let it be discouraged. as someone who often wants to eradicate himself, I come in the hope of the light at the end of the tunnel, but every time I visit, I would be aborted in the birth. I'm not sure who makes the stock check for this branch, but I guess stevie is a miracle. on the other hand, if they finally have something they sell on camp, it was touched by nuts and as someone who is allergic I don't want to, micy crusty finger touch everything in the cabinet with the same tongs. as much as visiting makes me want to kidnap myself as not as I want to go. on the bright, when they are sinking and are more familiar toastia, they will not be disappointed!
We use this Costa several times a week and always have a lovely visit, staff are friendly and absolutly no issues. However this evenings visit was completely different to the normal, the staff were beyond rude to the point where I felt I had personally.offended...the guy by being sat in there. The lady who took the order and made the drinks appeared to not even wish to greet us with a smile, hello or any kind of acknowledgement. She made the drinks which were lovely but when made just pushed them to us, not explaining which was decaff and walking off. We were told they shut at 6pm, perfectly fine as it was only 520 and sat down. 6pm and the guy came round and just shouted, we are closed. I looked up to acknowledge this as we had finished and he took a step back to face me again and said, we are shut I told you this when you ordered. I was merely going to look at him and stand up to place my coat on. I think a little bit of customer service training would not go amiss to the evening staff in this store, sadly we will be using another coffee shop for the time being as it appears Costa at the wyvern feel their customers are an inconveinance to them.
