I went to Brownie Points a week or two ago and I cannot praise the place enough. The atmosphere is great, everything is clean and bright, the staff are friendly and attentive (but not pestering) but best of all, is, of course, the produce! I had a slice of the salted caramel brownie cake. I did not think the cake had been made which could defeat me, but the portion was so generous I had to ask for a doggy bag! I wish my health and bank account allowed me to go there every day, and I can't wait to go back again to try all the different variations. Also great to see an independent business doing well in Derby keep it up guys!

Only the best. brownie was there. caramel shortbread exquisite and a real coffee to make it all out. I have died and have really gone tasty into the sky.

My friend and I had the afternoon. the staff was very friendly and welcoming and eating was great. we could say that everything was made fresh and the presentation was beautiful. they would suggest to make sure that they are really hungry when they go because there are so much eating, but the personal offer to box each up that they do not finish, so they can take it home. so satisfied, really worth the money and would definitely recommend

Tried a brownie from here years ago and sadly moved away but came back and was so glad to still see this place up and running the brownies are amazing service is amazing I don’t go into town often but when I do I always like to pop in and grab a brownie

If only the customer service was as good as the cakes. As soon as I walked through the door (literally the first step through it, before I even got to the counter to see what they had in) I hear “What can I get you?” I walked over to the counters to see what they had, only to be glared at impatiently until I made my purchase. The brownie was lovely but the rude assistant clearly didn’t want to be there. Not like there was even a queue, the place was empty (not surprising with customer service like that) won’t be going there again.
