The seating situation at this restaurant is a disaster! It seems like some people think it's acceptable to reserve a seat or table by placing their coat on it and then getting in line. This creates confusion for those who were already waiting in line. View all feedback.
The cafe vero, in the bird rooms, is a beautiful, airy and casual caffe with table service that offers many delicious birds goodies, both sweet and hearty. the lady who served us was polite and happy. the food and drinks were hot and delicious. the prices are very cheap for a city center caffe. I would recommend cafe vero for a quick bite or a box stop when buying out.
Nice caffe. very reasonable. some employees are a bit off and not overly in the position to help them or ask to answer. Eat well, but then **** eat is always.

Birds of derby is local confectioner of premier quality. their shops are always kept immaculately clean and the bread, cake, cake and meat are of the highest standard. its cafè business reflects this in its level of service and product.
Great location, well organised and clean tables. Good value and nice snacks. Great for a quick meal and a cup of tea.
