The service was extremely fa... read more I didn’t even know Friendly’s was still open! To my pleasant surprise it was when I was over in Woodbury NJ with my two youngsters. The service was extremely fast and helpful. Our waiter was always there to help and had a cheerful smile throughout the experience. I love this Friendly’s and the amazing people who work there.

The Ice-cream is still great with fresh fruit toppings. Won't wait this long again for another treat. Try this place out.

Went here on valentines day and the experience was horribl... read more I am not sure why Friendly's is even still open. The place looks dilapidated, and the food is subpar. Went here on valentines day and the experience was horrible. Very crowded seating arrangements felt like we were all sitting on top of each other, packed like sardines. The food I ordered did not taste bad, however it wasn't measured properly, therefore it look like the dish was full of Chinese noodles versus rice. The only reason I did not ask for a refund was the fact it taste better than it looked. The waitress was so busy her customer service wasn't the best. She messed up the kids orders as well as took a very long time to come back and inform us that what the kids ordered the kitchen didn't have. I stopped eating Friendly's a very long time ago and this is why. I could have ate at a local McDonald's and been more satisfied.

They're not great and some are awkward and make you feel awkward. My daughter likes it here so we go, but it's always empty and it makes sense.

Service is good as it always has been, however this place needs serious renovating, over the summer the AC was having issues, and the amount of knacks that were... read more Service is good as it always has been, however this place needs serious renovating, over the summer the AC was having issues, and the amount of knacks that were flying around the place was excessive. with the money this friendly?s make i would havethought they?d renovate the place, especially after the car accident. there?s also issue with lighting, and the carpets reallyneed to be taken out and replaced or just go with no carpet at all. i?m not hating towards the workers there as the costumerservice is nice, but the building itself really needs to be redone. i hope that the owners see my message
