I was here often when I visited Lancaster (Buffalo). Great service all around and a very friendly staff. Only that is, I was consistently not told, my order as a whole when I go to the drive-thru, let me ask what my total amount is until I enter the window. No good quality. Otherwise I only have good things to say about these Tim Hortons, and Tim Hortons in general (they are EVERYWHERE in NY). View all feedback.
The entire bottom of my cup was coffee grounds. Disgusting. Try to take a little pride in your work and put in some effort.

Tim Horton - Union and Losson Tim Horton coffee here is always good , bagels are usually fresh , Asiago is really Good as I eat just as is , not toasted
