Moe's Southwest Grill - Depew

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the Homewrecker Burrito at this restaurant. It was much bigger than I had anticipated and although I couldn't finish it all, it was delicious. Additionally, the Moes Famous Queso was very tasty. My only gripe was that they forgot to give me salsa with my chips. However, overall, I was satisfied with the meal.

It doesn't matter when or what I order, the food always tastes like burnt plastic. They never include salsa, and the protein is never fresh or hot. It's disgusting.

I have only ordered a few times through the app, but this burrito was the most disappointing one I have ever received. Although I don't usually ask for a lot of toppings, this burrito looked like it was made for a child. I suggest going in person to make sure it is made properly, which is what I will be doing in the future. Additionally, they don't allow for comments or customization options on the app, and not all ingredients are available to choose from compared to ordering in person.

I paid close to 10 dollars for queso and this is how it arrived. Halfway filled?? What the heck!

Food was excellent, but 3 people, 3 bags of free chips. One small bag and no salsa. Disappointing.
