We had to remind t... read more I placed a mobile order, but when we arrived, it hadn't even begun preparation, despite the system indicating it would be ready by that time. We had to remind the staff about our order and ended up waiting in line for another ten minutes. To make things worse, three orders that were placed after ours were completed first. Another customer who had ordered via mobile before us received only half of their order and was still waiting for the rest when we left. We also saw a woman returning her Taco Bell because it was prepared incorrectly. When we finally got our order and got into the car, I took a sip of my drink and discovered they had given me Diet Pepsi instead of the regular soda I ordered. The food itself is decent, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars, but the service and communication were awful. I’m really disappointed.

I inquired with the cashier whether the person ahead of me had ordered 25 chicken meals, and he told me they were just waiting on fries. Unfortunately, this meant that my hot fries ended up cold by the time I received them, and my mango tea tastes more like water. I attempted to call to share my concerns, but the line was busy for five straight minutes. Overall, I'm feeling quite frustrated!

The chicken and fries were wonderfully crispy, and the strawberry lemonade was bursting with flavor. Everything was cooked just right, and the chicken was incredibly juicy and tasty! I would definitely rate this KFC a perfect 10/10.
