As a vegan for 10 years, I found the menu somewhat limited in plant-based options. However, I appreciate KFC’s owners and management for their effort to include vegan-friendly dishes to cater to all customers. Wishing everyone a wonderful and blessed day!

J... read more I really enjoy the KFC Famous Bowl, although occasionally I get a smaller portion that I think of as a half bowl, but this doesn't always happen consistently. Just a heads up: the KFC section closes at 10 PM, not midnight. Only Taco Bell remains open until midnight, in case anyone is wondering. It’s a bit disappointing!

We had to remind t... read more I placed a mobile order, but when we arrived, it hadn't even begun preparation, despite the system indicating it would be ready by that time. We had to remind the staff about our order and ended up waiting in line for another ten minutes. To make things worse, three orders that were placed after ours were completed first. Another customer who had ordered via mobile before us received only half of their order and was still waiting for the rest when we left. We also saw a woman returning her Taco Bell because it was prepared incorrectly. When we finally got our order and got into the car, I took a sip of my drink and discovered they had given me Diet Pepsi instead of the regular soda I ordered. The food itself is decent, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars, but the service and communication were awful. I’m really disappointed.

Overall, it was quite a letdown!
