First, the strong smell from the deep fryer hits you as soon as you walk in; it's quite unpleasant. Second, the chicken has a bitter flavor, likely due to the oil not being replaced regularly. It seems like the oil is cleaned repeatedly but not completely replaced with fresh oil, and you can definitely taste that bitterness in the chicken. On every visit, which was shortly after opening, the floors also felt greasy. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the chicken was fresh, but the bitter taste made it unenjoyable for me. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

The Nashville chicken strips could have benefitted from more sauce, although they were tasty. However, the mac and cheese bowl topped with Nashville popcorn chicken was delicious.
