This place may not look like much, but the older woman who cooks here is incredible! I had one of the best Chinese meals I've ever had. The spice level was just right—not overpowering at first, but it sneaks up on you after eating. The food was so hot that I couldn't eat it for half an hour! My only complaint is that the egg roll was a bit too tough. However, the General Tso's chicken was excellent, and the shrimp and broccoli were the best I've ever had!
I used to order from them and really enjoyed their food. However, we are now looking for a different place. Unfortunately, it just doesn't have the same flavor anymore.
After sampling a few pieces, I realized I wasn’t actually finding any chicken. So, I resorted to using my fingers to break apart each piece in search of what I ordered. The few bits that resembled chicken were no bigger than a peanut M&M. The entire meal amounted to the equivalent of maybe two chicken wings—terrible. It was hardly any different from a KFC chicken mashed potato bowl. Beneath all that greasy breading, you'll struggle to find any chicken. These days, we’re paying significantly higher prices to keep up with what restaurants have to pay their employees, but we, the consumers, end up getting shortchanged. Just saying, if I wanted bread, I would have made a sandwich.
