Panera Bread - Denville

I only ordered coffee today, and it was decent. However, I used the women's restroom, and it was absolutely filthy and in disarray. Restroom cleanliness is essential for food establishments, and because of that, I would never dine here.

They began wonderfully, but over time, their quality has declined a bit. I can only hope that these challenging times are temporary and that they'll return to the excellence they once had.

This place has little morning traffic so they have very few products available in the morning. Went there to purchase several items for mother's day breakfast and they had no souffle or croissants. Poor management and forecast for sales.

Panera has the best tasting homemade food. It's easy to use their takeout order menu on their app. The curbside pickup is fast and the food is hot and ready to go. They have the Best Mac Cheese around just like I said tastes like homemade and the soupsare so full of veggies and the assortment is plentiful plus the assortment of sandwiches and desserts too! 5 Stars!!!

Extremely poorly managed. They forgot to include the two frozen drinks that were part of my takeout order, which I only realized when I got home. While this isn't a huge issue, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times that evening, but no one answered. After finally getting through to someone after 9 PM, they promised to issue a refund, but then they put me on hold and never returned to the call. This lack of communication is unacceptable and led to unnecessary frustration over what should have been a simple fix for a minor mistake.
