Call and hold on, wait for the phone for 10 minutes, listen to everything that goes in the restaurants and then someone has back on the phone and tell me that I will call back later! Are you kidding? This restaurant offers absolutely fantastic Chinese food! The vegetables are incredibly fresh and flavorful. The service is quick and dependable. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I've been ordering from this restaurant for a long time, and the food is quite good. However, I recently had a frustrating experience when I tried to place an order. I waited on hold for 10 minutes, listening to background noise from the restaurant, only for someone to come back and tell me they'd call me later. Are you serious? I've been a loyal customer for 10 years! This is unacceptable, and you've now lost a customer who used to order from you every week.
