This place really understands barbecue. The hot sauce is unlike anything I've ever tasted. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I might regret how many beans I ate, but it was totally worth it. I just wish I could have tried the mac and cheese. Food: 5/5

The barbecue here is absolutely delicious! The variety of sauces and sides really enhances the meal. The staff is friendly and enjoyable to interact with. There's also a lively bar upstairs where you can savor your food. As a Wisconsin native who appreciates good barbecue, I can confidently say this place is among the best I've tried! It's my top choice for barbecue in Denver! Kids will definitely love the atmosphere too!

I’m surprised by the other reviews because this was honestly the worst BBQ I've ever experienced. The brisket was decent—it's the only part that was edible—but the ribs were terrible. The beans were completely flavorless. I ended up throwing my meal away and going to a different place. Either they were having an off day or Denver just doesn’t know good BBQ.

Came in after the Rockies game on Sunday. The guys that were working downstairs were awesome and explained how they do things. The menu is pretty easy but they have lots of options. I had the 3 meat special and it did not disappoint. I had ribs, rib tips and chicken wings. All smoked and tender. The sides were also great. Go upstairs and have the same food with a full bar.

Best BBQ in Denver.Yazoo smokes some great BBQ! We got catering at our office today and the ribs, pork and brisket were amazing! Hashbrown casserole is outstanding and the beans and coleslaw are excellent. You must try the Hot BBQ Sauce, it's the real deal!
