Reviews summary
Work and Class in Denver is a legit tapas place where you can explore an excellent menu. The blue corn empanadas and lamb meatballs are must-tries. The food is delicious, with distinct flavors and perfectly cooked meats. While slightly pricey, it is a unique and worthwhile experience. The restaurant offers a casual, fun atmosphere with good service. The dishes are superbly prepared, with standout items like the spicy garlic braised greens. The family-style servings are full of flavor fireworks for your mouth. The industrial aesthetic and vibrant staff add to the cool vibe of the place. Overall, the food is incredible, with favorites like the brisket and Cajun fries. Service may have been just okay, but the warm and lively space offers a great dining experience.

One of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Denver, this is a legit tapas place where you are never done exploring the excellent menu. The blue corn empanadas are fried deliciousness, delicious and cheesy. But, my new favorite is the lamb meatballs. They are incredible, bathed in melted cheese and a sauce that wouldn't be out of place at an expensive Italian restaurant. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's unique, wort... View all feedback.
What Andrew Ganssle dislikes about Work & Class:
Rather disappointing. There were no stand outs in any regards. Everything was decent except for short ribs. They were so dry they were borderline inedible. We waited 45 minutes to get in and were starving so ate half of them. They offered a dessert (extremely lackluster key lime pie) but still charged full price on the short ribs after we only ate half and told them they were extremely dry. Will not be going back or... The Mac and cheese, mashed and lamb were delicious! The cobbler dessert was the best I’ve ever had.
Without a doubt one of the best reataurants in town. Every dish was fantastic, service was phenomenal, and even ordering generously our bill didn't break the bank. Looking forward my next
Took a couple friends from detroit on a saturday night at 8:30pm and waited 10 minutes for a table. Everybody loved the food and environment. Hip hop playlist was amazing and music level was perfect.

4 stars instead of 5 because the asparagus to grits ratio was delicious grit heavybuttt this place is really a 5 so giving it a 5.
You might be tempted to get the smaller portions so that you can have a taste of everything, but that will certainly run up the bill quickly.
Really incredible meal everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. We had the Colorado lamb, which was ever so slightly tough but a quality lamb. We also ordered the goat cheese mac and cheese (an incredible idea), the massive attack salad, the blue corn empanadas and the spicy garlic braised greens, which surprisingly was probably my favorite. I’ve never liked sautéed greens as much as these. Everything was great, will definitely be back.
This place is really cool! Loved the vibe. It has a fun, industrial aesthetic. The staff were attentive and vibrant. The food itself was really great. The empanadas, salad, mac-n-cheese, and chicken were all delightful. It was all really savory and flavorful — I hope to come back and try some brisket! They have a good beer selection and nice bars as well. This is a perfect spot for after work or a casual dinner with friends.

One of the best places in town, I try the all menu and the food is delicious highly recommend . If you want to enjoy good drinks and food this is the perfect place.
Great food, great service, very loud. We walked in at 9 on a Saturday night, which was when tables started opening up. We parked a couple of blocks away, knowing that it would be busy on the main streets. We had the chicken, the pork, and the lamb all were amazing. Full, distinct flavour, tender, moist and perfectly done. We also got the blue corn empanadas, curried cauliflower, chickpea croquettes, and braised greens. The two veg were particular standouts, great texture and flavour on both. Looking forward to coming back here!
