The wait can be quite lengthy at times, so I recommend calling ahead and expecting about a 30-minute wait, even if they initially say 15 minutes. I had a disappointing experience. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed with orders and lacked the organization to manage them effectively, even with delivery drivers picking up orders. You can expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your order, which is surprising considering there were only two other customers in the restaurant. This should not happen. The kitchen cleanliness was around a 7/10, and the selection of flavors was lacking.
Avoid this place! The woman at the front counter was extremely rude, and I'm planning to report this to the company. I simply asked her for some napkins, and she had a dismissive attitude. When I inquired about one of the dipping sauces—ranch and blue cheese—she completely ignored me. It felt like she was treating me poorly just for asking questions. The customer service here has been the worst I've experienced so far. I will definitely be calling to report my concerns!
We usually love wing stop (this filiale especially.) this last experience was terrible. the woman on the phone was incredibly rude (8/21/22 ca. 6:30). the fries were just cold, without seasoning (not even a little salt.) the wings were hardly warm, cold. We asked about the wings, “extra wet” and they gave us extra dry. I don't know if the girl on the phone had a bad night or something. we will probably not order from this location again.
They messed my order up. Upon showing them the issue no one remade my order until I went up to the desk after 30 min passed.The manager didn’t know how to refund my money.Had to wait for another 20 min while the manager tried to figure out how to do a refund.After an hour and 20 min I left with no wings, and not even sure if I’ll actually be receiving a refund.
