"I had a negative experience at this restaurant. They mentioned that they didn't even notice the sign outside about the food. Additionally, I lost a $120 order, and the staff member there threatened me, suggesting we would fight. This situation is quite disheartening.".

The service was extremely disappointing, and the quality of the donuts was subpar. When I took the donuts home, they were incredibly greasy throughout the entire box. Since the ownership and management changed, the experience has just not been the same. View all feedback.

Customer service needs work big time. The guy that helped me had a attitude if my kids asked for one donut and changed thier mind before he grabbed it once or twice and had to get a different donut. Which was annoying. Besides that the donuts were delicious and fresh. U can't go wrong with the donuts if u can get passed the bad attitude.

Winchells donuts are awesome. I always get at least two homer Simpson donuts, you know pink frosting with sprinkles. I love the fritters too. Just can't eat too many.

The best fritters I've ever had! I absolutely love this place. If you're a fan of donuts, you definitely need to stop by. Their hot food, including breakfast sandwiches, is equally delicious. It's a fantastic spot with amazing food. I highly recommend it. Enjoy!

Most delicious donuts ever, went at 8:30 at night and they were so fresh, so many flavors to chose from, AMAZING customer service and the guy working at the front think his name was Ben is just phenomenal! I’m supposed to be on a diet but holy moly these things are just irresistible! Really clean inside and lots of parking and 24 hours is so cool! Will be back!
