Wendy's - Denver

Service ever, the worst waited 5 minutes in the drive thru line with no one in front of me, put my order, and if we have our order of 2 4 for 4 meals, the meals were incomplete, no nuggets in one order and 2 in the other. What is it? I also tried to fix the problem without occurring, no one answered the phone. I would not make such a damper, but after the auto hour and finally in the position to stop for eating somewhere and not everything I paid is annoying after they 8 miles away from the restaurant just to realize the inconvenience. this place has lost a customer.

The bathrooms were dirty nasty. Then the wait to get our food was long. Josiah gave good serves just had to wait for the food to cook. The ice machines were empty and overall was not very clean.

It was very busy at 12pm lunchtime rush so I understand you need to make things go fast. I would rather wait few minutes more than have something that doesn't taste what it used to. I love Wendy's fries but the ones I got today were not that good.

Fries were fresh. But their chicken filets are being served WAY longer than their proper hold times. Chicken is almost as hard as a rock.

They close at 1. I put in a Grubhub order at 12. They accept the order and my driver makes it to the store. They cancel they order at 12:45. They waited 45 minutes to decide to cancel it
