Wendy's - Denver

I was on this place a few times and usually have no problem. the reason for my updated review is that I went last night and while the pommes were fresh and hot, I got the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a grilled chicken, but a barkburger with speck and crisp fried tweepers. I wanted to go back, but I wasn't the driver so I couldn't correct my order. I am sure if I returned, they would have corrected the part of the order for me.

Eat either incorrect (unright custom orders or foods given that were not ordered) or completely lacked. reize never given, personal does not care, they are totally apathetic, phone number disconnected, and the sign to check their order has been broken correctly in the thru line for months, etc. I am sick at this place and will not come again tonight, now the last stroh. They beat the mcdonalds 0.10 mile away on evans or go to ledalek. pitiful. management should be managed.

This is a great place to use the restroom, especially since many other restaurants in the area don't allow customers to use their facilities. It's surprising to see such a low-quality business district!

I waited in line for 22 minutes for just two items, and it wasn't even the girl at the front of the line who was the issue. The problem started when the manager yelled at her, and I noticed the manager putting something from another customer's order back into his pocket. To make matters worse, other customers were really rude to her, throwing food and drinks at her. It was frustrating to see her treated that way, and I didn't feel comfortable coming back to her after witnessing all of that.

The food isn't the best in terms of flavor, but it's a decent option if you're in a rush. For lunch and dinner, they offer a variety of burgers, chili, baked potatoes, and chicken nuggets. Classic sides like fries and Frostys are also available. However, there was a recent change to the fry recipe, and I personally find the fries disappointing now. On a positive note, the Frostys have remained consistent since my childhood, and I've noticed that the kids' meals are the same as when I was younger, which is nice for my niece. Unfortunately, the customer service tends to be quite poor, which is typical for a fast-food outlet. Kid-friendliness: The kids' meals have remained unchanged since I was a child, and I'm now 19.
