Service was pretty slow. They forgot my frosty until I reminded them and then they didn’t put the lid on correctly so that it spilled everywhere. They also did not provide me with my receipt or napkins with the meal that could be used to clean up the mess. View all feedback.
I mean, it’s the worst service you’ll find in 25 square miles. Dining room is never open, they’re always slow, they’ll tell you the system is down so they don’t have to work, and they usually get orders wrong.I keep coming back hoping they’ll get better, but they just continue to suck.Boom, roasted. And deservingly so.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a large chili, a few sandwiches and a regular size frost. when I move into the window, I receive a small frost and I kindly let the lady know that I have ordered a regular. she told me I had to be more accurate and that I didn't order combo so she thought it was a little. What happened that the customer is right? I need to be more accurate? or they need to be more attentive and ask “will that be small, medium or large?” it was my fault at this place made manifest and my experience made less than marginal. the heavier hired hispanic woman must have had a really bad day or just hate her job. Zero stars for customer service. I work in customer service and would never dare to talk to someone like that. when my food was ready, she threw the food into my car and hit her through window before I could even make sure my order was right. if they want wendys, they go to any other place, but this one.
People that don't give recipes, answer the phone, or make correct orders. You have 4+ people working I was in 10 minuets ago and nobody can answer the phone... Sad typical idiots thinking they're worth more than 12$ an hour . How do you forget 2 full burgers???????????????
They were closed today when I arrived there at 11:35. no information about it, even on the “Pick up window” they say they are open until 12. I can understand if they have to close earlier for some reasons, but there were only 2 people inside and no information. we have already ordered and paid in the app
