Vital Root has quickly become a noteworthy destination for raw and vegan enthusiasts in Denver. Its inviting ambiance and an impressive menu cater to a range of dietary preferences, providing wholesome and flavorful options. While some patrons have faced service hiccups, such as a lack of attentive staff during special events, others appreciate the fresh ingredients and creativity behind the dishes. Popular choices include the Vital Cobb salad and Korean BBQ veggie wings, with an emphasis on customization. Though not all experiences have been stellar, many leave excited for future visits, particularly on Raw Nights.
Ideal for fans of raw and vegan cuisine, this restaurant completely catered to our food allergies. My daughter and I are eagerly anticipating the next Raw Monday next month (unless we can persuade the Chef to extend it for one more month!)
A group of 8 of us dined at the restaurant and 6 of us became ill from the food.
My family has been dining at Vital Root for many years, and we love their delicious and healthy menu that is nearly 90% vegan. We especially enjoy their Raw meals on the first Monday of every month - the Thai inspired menu was a hit with us! We are already looking forward to June's Raw meal.
Korean BBQ is my favorite here!
I had a wonderful Sunday brunch featuring pad Thai and yucca fries! My friends frequent this place because everything is gluten-free, but it was my first visit. I also appreciated the complimentary sparkling water.
