Honestly, it's the best food in Colorado. We've been visiting Vegan Van regularly for two years and have tried nearly all their menu items, and everything is fantastic! The owners, Brittney and Justin, are wonderful people, and I always enjoy seeing them. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Sure, you might have to wait a bit longer for your food or deal with their unpredictable hours, but remember—this is a small local business! They deserve a little understanding. Quality food takes time, and it's always worth the wait. I absolutely love Vegan Van!
Vegan Van is fantastic! My cat and I really enjoyed the Mexican pizza today. I appreciate the nostalgic aspect of the menu, featuring dishes I never thought I’d eat since going vegan. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they make an effort to remember the names of all their customers. They work extremely hard as a small business. I've dined here multiple times and will definitely be back soon.
All the flavors are there and great spot for some vegan fast food. Crunch wrap is on point. Reminds me of a southern BBQ plate in a wrap. The taco protein was mostly burnt. I think they were just having a busy day but being that the tacos are very small smaller then a sweet taco, they might want to make sure the protein is not dry or burnt. Flavors were still good. Would recommend. Just not going ro drive 25 minutes for it again.
Denver Vegan Van is hands down the best vegan food I’ve had since moving to Colorado. I have driven from Boulder just to eat here in the park and go home. It’s lovely. You can tell the people who make it happen care about what they do. I love Vegan Van. If it were closer I would be eating here at least once a week. I would recommend DVV to anyone, herbivore or not :p
We got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the crunch wrap supreme with fries for pickup. Everything was really good, hot, fresh, on time, affordable, and delicious. The sauces really made each item extra good (I do wish there was a bit more sauce given for the crunch wrap). The breading on the tofu was light instead of heavy like a lot of fried sandwiches and the buffalo sauce was mild so you could actually taste all of the ingredients.
