I wanted to try a kind of ramen I’d never tried before, but was scared I wouldn’t like it. Carly told me I could give it a try, and if it wasn’t for me I could order something else! I ended up find a new favorite, the veggie curry ramen.

I get it to-go a lot and they pack everything separate and provide heating instructions so nothing is ruined in the transport process.

I 'm always a little skeptical as a vegan in a ramen spot (there was recently a controversy in NYC about places calling their veg ramen vegan, only to later reveal that the noodles contained egg). However, the staff here has gone out of their way to alert me about which things are and aren 't vegan. For example, the crowd-pleasing edamame appetizer contains honey, unfortunately. About the ramen: Yes, the veg option typically contains an egg, but when you ask for it without an egg, they always ask, Would you like tofu instead? You can get the tofu either soft (steamed) or crispy (fried). I always ask for the crispy tofu and it is absolutely delicious. The veggie ramen comes with these really flavorful mushrooms that steal the show. And the best part: there 's a special hot sauce on each table so you can make your ramen as spicy as you want!

Not only was the food amazing, and worth the wait; the service was WONDERFUL! Caitlin was awesome and gave my wife and I some really wonderful recommendations. We've never had edamame or quail before, and now my food world has been expanded. Both are addicting. We sucked the meat off that quail, and couldn't stop eating the edamame. The pork buns were out of this world! The ramen was incredible. Excellent job!!! Thank you for making our first night in Denver a memorable one!
