great food. great service. very friendly staff. we went in and did not know that it was better to have a reservation. they opened their bar for walks and had to wait 30 minutes to get a place. after that the whole experience was exceptional. the bartender made us welcome, but were also professional. that was delicious. There is nothing else to say about it. View all feedback.

Ordered Chefs feast to get a good sample of the top items. The feast was a normal meal size, nothing special. Would have just been better to order the variety options that we were interested in.The ribs where suggested as a must try item, Seemed like they were stewed all day and were more slimy than good.Overall good food and drinks, but nothing stood out as special. Nice place to hang out have some wine and eat tasty food. My friends and I enjoyed the ambiance and food. We got patatas with octopus and it was delicious. Also the pan con tomate was tasty. Very simple dishes but made with sason.
Ultreia is charming and romantic! They serve up well thought out dishes and their tapas menu is great for sharing. We ordered the Chef’s Special, a chef-selected menu of options. The pan con tomate was a little bland for me personally. BUT that’s possibly because all of the other dishes were very flavorful! The shisito peppers were delicious! Croquetas de jamon were fluffy and light…very tasty. The artichoke salad was light fresh. The flavors combined blew me away. The marcona almonds manchego paired so nicely with the artichoke and dill. The shrimp ceviche was equally as refreshing. The patatas bravas was a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!! This dish was full of all the right spice. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and brought nice balance to the grilled octopus. Then, there was the moorish spiced, fall-off-the-bone ribs. These ribs were plentiful and tender!Ultreia is a unique place for your next evening out. I can’t wait to go back!

Very good experience overall. the server was 11/10. the patatas bravas were very close to what they would find in a pinxo pote in basque. the pastéis de nata, however, had none of the elements of a Portuguese pastéis de nata: 1) an initial crack from the crust, 2) the donators on the billet, 3) the consistency of the billet, which was much thicker. it felt more like a more amazing than a pastéis de nata, because the dough-to-ceitard ratio was gone.
The patatas bravas and croquetas de jamon are on the par with what they find in Spain! the pastell de nata is not really what I would consider a pastell de nata, since this was more of a croissant base with a finished custard. stay in Spain when they visit and it is a great place to eat a bite.
