What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The Taco Bell has a bit of an eerie vibe. They often lock the doors and turn off the lights during morning and evening shifts, and it seems like random people just come in and hang out with them. Despite that, the food is still good! View all feedback.
Pretty unconclusive. I had some decent experiences during the day, but after 7 or 8 pm, idk when the closing manager just sucks or what. the day leader knew me with names at a point lol!
This taco bell stole from me. I paid for a 12 pack of cinnabon delights and recieved 4. I also paid for 3 soft shell tacos and recieved 3 hard shell tacos. They wouldnt fix it because they never gave me a reciept. Straight up stole from me and refused to even fix it. This is the worst Taco Bell in Denver!
This location continuously disappoints. Today I ordered a nachos Bell Grande only to be told they were out of nachos Bell Grande. I inquired as to which part of the nachos Bell Grande they were out of as everything that’s in it is needed to make everything else on the menu (beans, beef, cheese, etc. . The person at the window could not understand the question I was asking and just continued to say “we can’t make them we’re out of nachos Bell Grande.” I didn’t order anything else from them. This was the last time I’ll visit this location. They always give you the wrong order, cold food, or they are out of the one thing that you want. It’s a disappointing experience every time. Seriously, don’t waste your time.

My friend and I placed an online order through the Taco Bell app. We got to the restaurant and there was no record of any order being placed. The employees refused to make the meal we had already paid for unless we came inside and made an entirely new order as if the first never existed. From the app we got exclusive online Crave Box deal, and this Taco Bell wouldn't honor that pricing let alone look at the receipt. We expressed all these things and they said that wasn't their problem and asked us to leave. The employees were generally rude. In a worldwide corporation like Taco Bell, individual stores/franchises need to take responsibility. It's very unclear why the employees are unable to access their own company's app and care for their customers appropriately. I hope this gets fixed ASAP.
