The only drawback was the difficulty in finding parking near the restaurant since it's located right in downtown Denver. Make sure you don’t leave without trying the CRACK BACON! Vegetarian options: Vegan choices are available. Parking: The parking situation was challenging, with only paid street parking available downtown, making it hard to find a spot. There was also a lot of construction around the area. We ended up finding a parking garage, and it cost us $17 for just an hour.
The food was served quickly and the server was friendly. However, the food was just ok, nothing to rave over and the coffee was weak. The overall experience was a 3 out of 5.Food: 3/5
This restaurant is conveniently located in the downtown area. We found it quite interesting for breakfast or brunch. The service was quick, and the ambiance was classy. I would recommend it to both Denver visitors and locals.
Syrup! We enjoyed it so much that we visited twice in two days for their incredible breakfast and brunch menu! I discovered this place on Yelp and walked over from our hotel, and we were blown away by how fantastic it was. The omelets are absolutely delicious, and the food is served quickly and hot. Everyone, from the hostess to our server (who took care of us both days), was incredibly friendly, and the manager even took the time to inquire about our dining experience. It definitely deserves all 5 stars!
After a long wait, our waitress finally came to take our order for juice and coffee, and we ended up waiting an eternity for our drinks—about seven minutes, despite the place not being crowded. When our drinks finally arrived, we ordered brunch, but then had to wait even longer. By the time our food came, my coffee was empty. My husband's pancakes were ice cold, and my French toast was barely lukewarm. Naturally, our waitress was nowhere to be seen. I ate my eggs (which I really dislike eating alone) and shared some bacon with my husband. Eventually, the waitress returned, took our plates away, and promised to send over the manager. He arrived and apologized, but my husband didn't want any more pancakes; they were too dense and unappetizing, so he passed. I was still hungry, so they made my breakfast again, and at least it was warm this time. However, I wasn't very hungry anymore and didn't finish. We were ready for our check, but guess what? No waitress in sight. Once we finally found her, she asked if the manager had spoken to us about our bill. When we said no, she informed us that he would be comping both our meals. While we appreciated it, we felt that was the least they could do. We just wanted to pay and leave, but that took another five minutes. Do yourself a favor and head to The Egg Shell down the street instead.
