I've visited the LoDo area numerous times and explored many of the bars there. It's usually known for a lively night out, but Swanky's has a different atmosphere—it feels more like a laid-back sports bar, which might be appealing if that’s what you’re after. However, I decided to deduct two stars from my review because I found it absurd to be charged $20—$10 each—for chicken tenders and cheese curds, especially since I only received three tenders and a small handful of cheese curds. The tequila slushie was also disappointing; it lacked flavor and just tasted like frozen tequila. Additionally, my group didn’t feel welcomed at all, and it seemed like the staff was eager to rush us out, especially since it was getting closer to closing time. I took off one star for that experience.
We go in for dinner and bingo on a regular basis. Service, food and drinks are always perfect. When we go to LoDo, we got Swanky's, period.
It's a bar patrons go to before an event at Coors Field. Delicious green chile fries and cheese curds. Wealth of tvs and games you can play with friends. Not bad at all. I'll come back especially for the fries.Food: 3/5
I really love this place, especially as someone originally from Wisconsin. However, I'm quite disappointed to find out that my black Carhartt hat, which the staff confirmed was in the lost and found, is no longer there. I suppose it's my own fault for leaving it behind.
