The regular sandwich maker with the braided hair is an exemplary Associate. Every visit authentic friendly welcome. Conscientiously and methodical to building the exact sandwich I order every time. Always perfect order. In the fast casual business it's rare to have such care and consideration for each Guest. Kudos to you for hiring an A+ rated Associate. What User doesn't like about Subway:
I didn't eat at this restaurant, but I had a very frustrating experience. I waited for 20 minutes for my food, but then they encountered issues with the cash register. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one and never provided my food. Instead, they accused me of trying to create problems with my card company. This Subway is a couple blocks from my office building. I ate here on Friday and the 6 tuna fish was their special that day. I arrived at 11:45, so the line wasn't outrageous yet. Their new crunchy sunflower bread is really tasty! This location has a really nice patio for dining. There is also a larger than usual interior dining area, but I don't think they have any designated parking. Other than that, it's a sandwich!
This place is awful.The night guy is mean and rude. He chain smokes put front and then gets pissed your coming in for food. If he doesn't like his job maybe he should have a new one. He didn't listen to my order, I had to repeat simple instructions multiple times. As a former manager of a subway, I would never ever let my employees treat customers like this guy did. I will be calling the store as well as writing this review. This behavior in the work place is unacceptable.
My company ordered a sub platter from this Subway for someone that was retiring. When the order did not show up we called the Subway and the manager said it was going to be late. When we asked why we weren't notified the order would be late the manager at the Subway was extremely rude and said well maybe you should cancel and hung up the phone. When we tried to call back the phone went unanswered. Needless to say the retirement party for our co-worker was a bust...thanks Subway!! eating fresh...not!!
Made with bitterness and spite. You 've heard of made with love ? Typically that 's the secret ingredient. Maybe it 's too much to ask for it in a Subway, but I certainly didn 't ask for scorn and dirty looks in my sandwich. Feel like consuming this might curse my tummy. Watch out Sunday shift gal, hope your boss reads this.
The staff should be nicer when the credit card machine is down. Shouting at customers repeatedly CASH ONLY is very offensive. So O took my business elsewhere rather than getting cash. I am also provably not returning.
