I attempted to get a refund for my order, but it has been a week without any response. No one picks up the phone at this location, and the company's customer service has been unresponsive. Additionally, the PR team on their social media platforms hasn't provided any assistance either. View all feedback.

It is a nice place to eat but one of the employees is rude when I ask for something , and the bread is some what hard, since then they have gotten better staff
Didn’t catch her name, but the store manager deserves a raise. She made the nicest sandwich for me tonight, perfect amount of sauce, she took a knife and actually spread out the avocado on my sandwich. It was delicious and all your employees should make sandwiches like she does.
Stopped in this evening at 7:15ish to get to sandwiches ask them if they had change for $100 the grill informed me they did not. I politely told her that I would return in just a few minutes I'm going to walk down to Target and get change. Upon returning 15 minutes later 7:30 30 minutes before closing the open sign was off and all the chairs were already on the tables. I am highly irate to the fact that I informed her that I was going to change and I would return shortly and did long before the stores official closing hours. This is one of the reasons why Subway is having such a hard time keeping their businesses open in Denver employees trying to shortcuts so they don't have to work their full shifts this close early so we can be out right at 8:00 I would appreciate a manager's contact through here or directly to my email which is attached to my account if you click my icon
