It took me about 15 minutes to get there, so I was surprised that my order wasn't ready. Most other orders are usually finished by that point. When I arrived, there were only two other customers, and it seemed like she was already done serving them.

The staff I encountered were rude, and there was chaos among the customers at the counter. The food preparation area was disorganized, with ingredients getting mixed up behind the counter where they make their sandwiches. My sandwich had an unpleasant smell, and I noticed that all the food in the area seemed affected as well. I find this unacceptable.

The sandwich maker didn't pay attention when I was ordering my toppings, and they ended up being different from what I requested.
