While some patrons commend the newfound talent, Estevan, for consistently delivering great sandwiches, others express frustration over slow service and unprofessional staff behavior. Reports of rude interactions with employees, messy sandwiches, and a lack of basic customer service etiquette have overshadowed promising moments. Though improvements are evident, notably with Estevan's contributions, the establishment could benefit from tightening up its operations and enhancing overall customer experience to truly leave a positive impression.

Estevan is new, but he has improved our sandwiches more than anyone else who has worked here. He deserves a raise! My experience was fantastic, a perfect 10/10. I've been to this Subway before, and the previous employee messed up my sandwich several times. Estevan did an excellent job!
We decided to have lunch at this restaurant. My companion is a big fan of Subway, while I’m not as enthusiastic but usually go along with her choice. We ordered the footlong turkey sandwich on multigrain with bacon and roasted veggies. Unfortunately, she wasn't pleased with the bacon; it didn’t seem to be cooked long enough for our tastes. I prefer my bacon crispy, and this was rather chewy. The staff member who assisted us was friendly, which we appreciated. However, when we unwrapped our sandwiches, it was quite a mess. They had wrapped the sandwich while it was still open, causing mayo to spill everywhere—over the wrapper and all over the sandwich, making a chaotic situation. That was really disappointing. We'll consider giving it another try to see if things improve.
